    • A 100% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
    • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund; cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

    • We guarantee timely setup with clear instructions from the client.
    • Design changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
    • We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or venue restrictions.
  • chak Safety and Liability
    • Our balloons are made from non-toxic materials, but please keep them away from small children to prevent choking hazards.
    • We are not responsible for any damage or injury after the setup is completed.
  • chak Equipment and Property Damage
    • Clients are responsible for any damage to PartyShiner’s equipment during the event.
    • Additional charges may apply for lost or damaged items.
  • chak Photography and Promotions
    • PartyShiner may photograph event setups for promotional use. If you do not wish your event to be featured, please notify us in advance.

    • These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which PartyShiner operates.

    • Clients must ensure the setup area is accessible and free from obstructions before our team arrives.
    • PartyShiner is not responsible for any issues caused by venue restrictions.
