Introduction
- Welcome to PartyShiner! By booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Booking and Payment
- A 100% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund; cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Service and Setup
- We guarantee timely setup with clear instructions from the client.
- Design changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather or venue restrictions.
Safety and Liability
- Our balloons are made from non-toxic materials, but please keep them away from small children to prevent choking hazards.
- We are not responsible for any damage or injury after the setup is completed.
Equipment and Property Damage
- Clients are responsible for any damage to PartyShiner’s equipment during the event.
- Additional charges may apply for lost or damaged items.
Photography and Promotions
- PartyShiner may photograph event setups for promotional use. If you do not wish your event to be featured, please notify us in advance.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which PartyShiner operates.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
- PartyShiner reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Customer Responsibility
- Clients must ensure the setup area is accessible and free from obstructions before our team arrives.
- PartyShiner is not responsible for any issues caused by venue restrictions.
